How do I place an order?

You'll get a price range right away and an official quote from us shortly after. Ready-to-buy designs — order directly through the Shop with live delivery pricing at checkout. Prefer email? How much notice do you need?

Typically 7 days minimum , but it never hurts to ask for a last-minute request. The sooner we add you to the cookie calendar, the better — there's a lot of prep involved. As soon as you're confident on your quantity and date, reach out.

How do I get on the cookie calendar?

Accepted Answer

Once we have your quantity, date, and cookie details we'll send an invoice with a clear due date. Your calendar spot is reserved once the invoice is paid in full. Last-minute orders (less than 7 days' notice) need to be paid immediately upon receipt.

How do I pay?

Pay your invoice online with credit or debit, or mail a check to the address on the invoice. Payment in full is required to hold your spot. If the invoice isn't paid by the due date, the order may be cancelled without notice.

How do I get a delivery quote?

Delivery is our favorite option! You can get an instant courier quote in two places: Inside the Quote form when you submit your custom request. At checkout in the Shop — live delivery pricing for DFW addresses. For courier delivery we'll need the exact address, a point of contact to receive the cookies, and any special instructions (gate code, suite number, etc.).

Can you ship cookies?

Yes — we're a licensed commercial kitchen and can ship nationwide. Shipping rates appear at checkout in the Shop, or your quote will include them for custom orders. (Cupcakes can't be shipped — they're pickup or local courier only.)

What kind of icing do you use?

Accepted Answer

Homemade royal icing. It dries hard enough that cookies can be bagged or stacked without smudging. We don't use almond extract — the flavor is a light vanilla / cupcake flavor.

How long will the cookies stay fresh?

Accepted Answer

Cookies are individually bagged (unless you ask otherwise) and stay fresh at room temperature for 10–14 days . Sealed for freshness! You can also freeze them to extend their life.

Do I need to refrigerate them?

Accepted Answer

No. A cool room-temperature spot is perfect for 10–14 days. Refrigerating can introduce moisture and cause the icing colors to bleed.

Are the cookies individually bagged?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always — in clear cellophane bags. Individual bags are more sanitary and keep cookies fresher longer. Feel free to open them if you'd like to display the cookies on a platter.

Do you have a gluten-free option?

Yes! We offer gluten-free decorated sugar cookies in our circle shape.

Are the cookies peanut / nut free?

Accepted Answer

There are no nuts in our sugar cookie recipe. However, the flour we use carries an allergen disclaimer stating it cannot be guaranteed nut-free. If you have a serious allergy, please let us know before ordering.
